Overview
Hub Help! is a flexible subscription that gives clients direct access to Hubbly’s certified HubSpot experts for live coaching, quick fixes, and ongoing optimization.
It’s a retainer model, designed for teams who want reliable, expert support without committing to a large retainer or starting a new project every time they need help.
Each session can be used for coaching, troubleshooting, or hands-on build support. Common topics include workflow debugging, dashboard creation, email template updates, lead routing, property cleanup, and strategic coaching on CRM best practices.
Subscribers can choose from weekly or monthly time allocations and meet directly with their dedicated Hubbly expert. Each plan includes quarterly review sessions to track progress, identify new opportunities, and ensure continued improvement.
Hub Help subscriptions are billed on the first of each month and can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Pricing
Weekly – Full Hour
Includes one 60-minute session per week for live coaching or hands-on support.
Billing: $700 every four weeks
Pay-in-full option: $8,150/year (10% savings)
Weekly – Half Hour
Includes one 30-minute session per week for focused support or training.
Billing: $380 every four weeks
Pay-in-full option: $4,400/year (10% savings)
Monthly – One Hour
Includes one 60-minute session per month for light optimization or review.
Billing: $185 per month
Pay-in-full option: $1,950 yearly (10% savings)
